Went and for an oil change inspection and rotation of tires. Three of my lug nuts broke. They were going to charge me $40 to get new ones but didn't have them in stock so they were going to send someone to get them. I said I would wait and when it was all said and done they reduced my bill substantially to make up for the wait time. Excellent service

Had a appointment on 8-31-24 at east Syracuse Chevy for a oil change. They did not top off my fluids. I told them my coolant level was low they did not top it off. Been a customer there for 35 years. Will never go there again very disappointed.

Misdiagnosis of noise. Costly unnecessary repair done that did not fix the noise after keeping my car for 2 days. Correct repair completed in 30 minutes. Discount on prior work provided. No one listens or test drives. Assumptions are costly.

Transferred snow tires to summer tires. Tires were transferred properly and bagged in a reasonable time. 1.5 hrs. For 2nd time in a row, air pressure was off. Instead of recommended 38 psi on my Chevy Bolt, they were 35,35,32,33, according to the sensors just after I left. When I was filling them properly at home I found a valve cap missing. For $99 one would expect a little more diligence.
A1 service, Maddie, Brian and crew was excellent from the time I dropped off my vehicle until I picked it up. I would definitely bring my vehicle here for service again!

I own a 2022 Chevy Colorado and I’ve had it a year and I’ve been in for service three times and every time I’ve been in the service departments been unbelievable don’t have to wait get right in the waiting room is awesome and the whole service is awesome so I wouldn’t go anyplace else

Most of the time it is great. This week it seemed slow for an oil change. Very nice waiting area. The dog, Cocoa, was especially entertaining.
Talked to a customer service rep over the holidays about a Chevy Silverado I was interested in buying. She said she would call me back about the availability. She never called me back very disappointed with there customer service been buying vehicles there for 35 years. Was ready to buy a truck you just lost my business will start going to another Chevy dealership from now on.

Service dept quoted a price for a service which was less than $500.00 . I told them it was wrong. It had already been diagnosed, but they needed to diagnose it themselves and asked what it would cost for that service. They said one hour labor +1 hour for a diagnosis and $36 for the part. They told me it would cost $2800 which was $1800 more than I could’ve got it done somewhere else I would never brought it there if if they were going to charge me over $1000.
