Cooper sold me my lease on a new Colorado. He was awesome, took care of everything. A few days into owning it the engine coolant had leaked and there was an issue causing it to smoke. Went and for an oil change inspection and rotation of tires. Three of my lug nuts broke. They were going to charge me $40 to get new ones but didn't have them in stock so they were going to send someone to get them. I said I would wait and when it was all said and done they reduced my bill substantially to make up for the wait time. Excellent service

Had a appointment on 8-31-24 at east Syracuse Chevy for a oil change. They did not top off my fluids. I told them my coolant level was low they did not top it off. Been a customer there for 35 years. Will never go there again very disappointed.
